One of the buttons needs to be reattached. There are two pips on each for the rank of hauptwachtmeister. The sleeve eagle is machine applied. It is purple cloth over blue green cloth. The city is Saarbrücken. There are loops for three different awards plus a medium sized ribbon bar. These appear to be period done and have signs of use. The interior is fully lined in greenish brown cloth that is in fine condition. There is hand written script that reads “Falk”. There is a single pocket which is where this is written. Inside the pocket is a cloth tag with the name “Falk” repeated along with the rank, “hpt….” which is faded but certainly is for hauptwachtmeister. It is a size medium. Very good condition overall!
