Third Reich German Model 1940 Police Double Decal Combat Helmet-This example has a dark field grey combat finish that remains 70% intact overall. The left side has a non-bordered police decal that checks in at 75%. The right side has a party shield that is 85% intact. Inside, a size stamped 57 tan leather liner with minor wear and discoloration from use. There is a name on the liner, Dauth. There is a drawstring and a zinc liner band. The side of the interior is stamped ET 64 indicating production by Eisenhuttenwerke in the size of 64. The rear skirt is stamped with the lot number 1348, indicating early 1942 production. There is a dark brown leather chinstrap that is in fine condition. Very good overall!
