Third Reich Hitler Youth Brown Shirt-This is a service undershirt for use by HJ personnel. It is unissued and even has the original RZM paper tag still attached. It reads “HJ Hemd, Indanthren HJ.-braun, nach Vorschrift der Reichsjugendführung”. It is produced in soft olive brown cloth. There are a few spots of discoloration (rust) with holes in the same areas. There is a three button closure and two pleated pockets with scalloped flaps. The buttons say “HJ/DJ”. They all have some rust as well. They could be cleaned I am sure. There is heavy damage to the cuff on the left sleeve, please see pics. It is a large size. This could also be used for a political display. Good overall!
