The large Luftschutz decal at the front remains 75% intact. Each side of the helmet has a pair of salt and pepper type ventilation grommets. The interior features an orange brown ersatz leather liner that is very clean with minor wear, minor discoloration and a small tear in the back. There is a thick, orange brown cardboard liner band. This helmet features markings on the rear skirt, a decal that indicates that it met the regulations of the Luftschutz. Also stated is the size, 55 and the price, 8.50 RM. Ink stamped info also reads “RL2-39\/21”. There is a thick black leather chinstrap that is in good condition.
