Uniforms and Insignia of the German Foreign Office and Government Ministries 1938-1945 By Jill Halcomb-An attractive, slightly glossy white hardcover book with the title printed on the cover in gold lettering. It has a dust jacket, which is in “like new” condition. There is even a color photo of the author on the back (for anyone who wondered what Ms. Halcomb looks like). The book includes an interesting bibliography. It was one of the first books to ever tackle this extremely complex topic and was published in 1984 by Agincourt Publishers. It measures about 9.25 inches (23.49cm) high by 6.25 inches (15.87cm) wide (basically the same format as a Bender Book). No one interested in this aspect of Third Reich Germany’s government can do without a copy of this reference work. It contains 233 pages and is in like new condition.
