US WW2 Belt and Canteen Set-This is a tan canvas belt that holds a Carlisle bandage. This is an interesting set. The canteen is from WWII and has a name printed on the bottom of the canteen “Pringle”. The canteen cover is from WWI and is marked and dated 1917. Has U.S. stamped in black ink on the front. The owner who was from the W-4 unit, has modified the cover with a drawing, it is a standard design for an engineering group. The tan webbed canvas belt is nicely marked and dated 1941. The canvas pouch for the Carlisle bandage is also marked and dated 1943. Very interesting set.
