WW2 German Model 1942 Wehrmacht Combat Helmet-This example has a dark field grey, textured combat finish that remains 70% intact overall. The interior featured a tan leather, size stamped 59 liner. There is discoloration, wear, a few stains and tears and it is very stiff. It has a zinc liner band. The rear skirt is stamped EF 66 indicating production by Emaillerwerke of Fulda in the size of 66. The rear skirt is also stamped with the lot number 891. There is a chinstrap that is very stiff as well. A sound example!
