WWII Battle Flag for Kriegsmarine-This battle flag is produced in red bunting, and retains great color, with some slight staining, and multiple minor holes, but overall, it is 95% intact. It is a printed example, that produces a mirror image on the reverse. The hoist end is reinforced with heavy duty white canvas. The rope lanyard is looped at one end and loose at the other. The reinforcement is stamped with a black stamped navy proof followed by nice markings, "Reichskriegsflg., 1.5 x 2.5." There are two squares of extra material stitched to each end of the reinforcement. This measures approx. 97 ½ inches x 54 inches (8 ft by 4.9 ft). Very good collectible condition.
