WWII German Army Model 1943 Field Cap-This is for other ranks personnel and it is produced in field gray wool. It is a great looking cap, with minor wear, discoloration and tracking to the exterior. The side flaps terminate at the front with a pair of small, pebbled metal, field gray finished buttons which have been REAPPLIED. The insignia is a one piece, machine woven, trapezoid example that has been machine applied and through the interior lining. It has a few small nips. The interior is fully lined in light brown cotton that is in good condition. It islightly ink stamped with an RBNr, the date 1943 and the size 56. Very good overall!
