WWII German Army Pith Helmet, Dutch Made But Issued to German Troops-This was made in Holland but issued to German troops. It has a tan cloth cover over the rigid body. The trim on the edge of the brim is the same cloth as the rest of the body. The chinstrap is light brown leather. The shields are zinc with all of the finish intact. The ventilation button on the dome is tan plastic. The interior is lined in the same tan cloth as the exterior. There is a rigid brown oil cloth (or ersatz leather) sweatband that is in fine condition. There is an ink stamped size, 57. Also included is a set of original dust goggles. Great condition!
