Have you ever wondered what that person you were talking to on the phone or you were emailing actually looked like? Sure, we have all done that. We have had the pleasure of meeting many of you at shows in the past. Some of you have also made the “billgrimage” out to the rural setting where we live in Hubbardston, Massachusetts, and discovered that we actually have indoor plumbing!

However, with the advent of the internet, we’ve interacted with thousands of collectors from all over the globe whom we have never met in person. We thought we’d take a moment and a group picture of our team so that in case you run into us in a dark alley, you’d have an idea of what we looked like.

Seriously, I’m very proud of my team and want to introduce them to you. Starting on the left is my faithful photographer, Jeff Demers, who has been with me for more than 10 years and is responsible for all the great photos you see on our site and in my books. Next, is Mandy Hill who works for us part time and is a whiz with data entry, packing and other general duties. After that is my bride of 52+ years, Donna, who has worked tirelessly for the past 50 years for my team doing bookkeeping, acknowledgements and, frankly, keeping us afloat forever.

Then, there is me, Bill, who you may recognize from wanted posters at the post office or on The American Heroes Channel. I’ve been buying, selling and collecting just about everything for my entire life. To my left, is Nikki Baronas who is my office manager. She is responsible for a multitude of tasks including every aspect of our website, Facebook, Twitter, answering phones and keeping us all in line. She is engaged to our son, Patrick. Believe it or not, they work together all day, then go home and are still talking to each other.

Speaking of Patrick, he is the handsome lad on the right side of the team photo. He joined The Ruptured Duck Team about 12 years ago and has learned the business from top to bottom and inside and out. He has embraced the total philosophy of The Ruptured Duck and is now my full-time partner. What started as a spark 12 years ago is now a forest fire of energy and knowledge which makes me very grateful and proud.

So, there you have it. You have now been officially introduced to The Ruptured Duck Team. Next time you call or email, you’ll have a visual to go along with a voice or email message.

The Ruptured Duck has been around since 1959 and with your continued support and friendship, we plan on being around for a long time to come.
