Italian MSVN Fighting Knife-This is a scarce Model 1939 fighting knife that would have been used by an NCO Italian black shirt as the members of the MSVN were known. The nickel fittings retain their matte silver finish. The checkered handle is nice, though it could use a cleaning, we will leave that up to you. Otherwise, it is in very good condition. The scabbard retains the majority of its black finish, except for the tip on the obverse. This finish loss was probably caused by poor storage. The scabbard is free from dents. The blade is in very good condition. Most of these knives were destroyed after the war, so this is a scarce find.
