German WWII Set of Forestry Collar Tabs and Sew In Shoulder Boards-This is an excellent set. The green collar tabs with silver flatwire hand embroidered oak leaves would be worn by a Revierförster (District Forester) in the Reichsforstdienst (German Reich Forest Service). These are made of a beautiful dark green velvet. The buckram stiffener can be seen on the reverse. These look to have been removed from a tunic. The matching sew in shoulder boards are also made of a dark green wool with a silver bullion braid, twisted with green and silver. There is some moth damage to the reverse, but this is minor. This set would be perfect for your Forestry tunic. These are in very good condition overall.
