Police 8 Year Long Service Document-This is a large format example awarded to Revier-Oberwachtmeister der Schutzpolizei Karl Momberger. It is for the 8 year faithful service medal and it was awarded on 28 June 1941. It has an auto pen signature of Otto Meissner who was head of the Office of the President of Germany from 1920 to 1945 during nearly the entire period of the Weimar Republic under Friedrich Ebert and Paul von Hindenburg and, finally, under the Nazi government under Adolf Hitler. There is an embossed eagle on the lower left. There are punch holes from being filed. There are a few small creases etc. Good condition!
