German WWII 98K Bayonet by Mundlos-This is a not a matched example but very nice. This is a beautiful late war example. The steel fittings are excellent as are the slotted dark brown bakelite grip plates. The anodized scabbard is in very good condition. The throat of the scabbard is marked 1988. The blade is choice mint. The serial number 5456 d can be seen under the crossguard. The Blade is marked for Mundlos under the crossguard, for Mundlos AG of Magdeburg. Complete with a beautiful dark brown leather frog. Don’t miss this one!
