German WWII RAD Hewer by Alcoso-Fine looking early example with nice, nickel-silver fittings throughout. The lightly toned stag grip plates are very good but are slightly loose. The original black enameled paint is approx. 95% on the scabbard. The scabbard fittings are also excellent, with beautiful tone and details. The blade has the deeply engraved RAD motto, which reads “Arbeit Adelt”. Which translates to “Work Enobles”. The blade is excellent. The reverse of the blade has all the textbook RAD nomenclature along with the Alcoso scales logo. This comes complete with its original thick brown leather hanger. This is an excellent, untouched example overall and deserves a close look!
