German WWII Umpire or Field Officials Cloth Band-This white band would clip to a helmet or visor cap. It is made of two pieces. This would mark the umpire or game official during war games or training. This is in very good condition though there is some slight staining. We have several of these and the one you receive will be as good if not better than the one in the photo.
