WWII Japanese National Meatball Flag and More- This interesting lot of flags and banners comes from two US Army veterans. Their names will be provided to the buyer. One brother served with the 315th Infantry Regiment which landed on Utah Beach on June 14 1944 as part of the 79th Infantry Division. He saw much action. His brother served in an armored unit. Likely in the PTO. The Japanese Meatball flag is in very good condition. Made of silken material with both tie ends present. Measures 35” x 36” (89cm x 66cm). There are two sections of Japanese parachute. Each has a 112 Cav stitch in corner and the other has a stitched parachute and Japanese lettering. Included in this lot is US Army banner for Desert Training Center Area. A neat grouping!
