German SA/NSKK Buckle-This is a very good offering of a handsome early brass two-piece example. This one is constructed in brass with a separately attached brass roundel. This would be worn by someone in the NSKK (National Socialist Motor Corps) or the SA. This example has a plain field, with a stamped eagle with outstretched wings. The eagle is clutching a "mobile” swastika. There is some slight wear, as you can see the details to the chest feathers of the eagle are slightly smoothed, but otherwise, the other details are still strong. This is an unmarked example as it should be. The reverse has a wire catch and steel roll bar and prongs. There is some discoloration and verdigris to the reverse. Overall, a desirable offering!
