German WWII Army (Heer) Combat Buckle by JFS- This is a one-piece steel constructed example of an army combat buckle. The paint on this buckle is completely missing on both the obverse and the reverse. The buckle has toned to a bronze like color, which is the steel taking on a light coat of rust patina. The catch is “U” shaped with flat feet and the roll bar/prongs are plated steel. The reverse of this buckle is marked JFS, just under the catch. A very good offering that is bargain priced!
