German WWII DAK Army Buckle w/ Leather Tab- This is a handsome steel example of an army buckle, with a tropical green finish that remains mostly in place. This buckle has excellent details, especially to the eagle feathers. There is slight spot of rust on the reverse, which partially covers the ES maker mark for Ernst Schneider Lüdenscheid. You can still clearly see the date ’40, and the L for Lüdenscheid. This has a beautiful leather tab that is also marked and dated 1940. This is near excellent overall.
