German WWI Postcard of an Infantry Advance-This is a great early photo of an infantry advancing. You can see 15 or more guys in early WW1 uniforms advancing down a hill. There is a caption below the photo. This would have been one of a series of collectible postcards. This postcard measures 5 ½ inches (13.97cm) long and 4 ½ inches (11.43cm) wide. The reverse is setup in postcard style and does have a note and an address written on it. There is a cancellation stamp, but no postage stamp. This shows some wear but overall is in good condition.
