25 Year NSDAP Long Service Medal-This beautiful award is missing the ribbon. Officially, the NSDAP Dienstauszeichnung in Gold für 25 Jahre; a cross constructed of bronze gilt, with white enameled arms, and with gilt sun rays between the arms of the cross; the obverse with a central white enameled medallion bearing a national eagle superimposed on the award, clutching a mobile wreathed swastika, all within a wreath; the reverse with a similar central white enameled medallion, inscribed “Treue für Führer und Volk” (German - Loyalty for the Leader and the People). The ribbon loops is marked “19” abbreviated for “M11/19 Wilhelm Deumer). There is slight verdigris build up on the rear lower portion of the reverse. The obverse has a small chip from the white enamel in one of the arms of the cross. A scarce example!
