German WWII 1935 Hannover SA Gruppe Niedersachsen Day Tinnie-This badge is made of a silvered bakelite that looks excellent. On the top of this badge are a pair of horses. We believe this double horse head motif is a nod to Lower Saxony, as Hannover is the capital city in that area. Below the horses you see the stylized “A” emblem of the SA. There is just a slight bit of finish loss to the SA insignia. Below this is a row of oak leaves. The lower half of this badge has gothic script that reads “Wettkampftage der SA Gruppe Niedersachsen 6-8 Sept 1935 Hannover”. The reverse has a horizontal pin that remains untouched. This works fine. The finish on the reverse of this badge is 100% intact. Overall, this pin is in near excellent condition.
