Veteran Bring Back German WWII Four Medal Bar-This four medal bar was brought home by a US vet, we will be sure to supply the name of this soldier to the buyer. This medal bar contains a WW1 1914 Iron Cross that is in very good condition. It has an original black thread attaching the medal the bar, so it doesn’t move around. The next medal is a cross of honor with swords. This is marked on the reverse with C&S, a common maker of these medals at the time. The next two medals are the Army long service awards, for 4 years and 12 years , both include the eagle cyphers. The finish on the 4 year medal and zinc cypher has faded, and the cypher has lost all of its original finish but they still look very good. The ribbons are also very good. They show wear, and some discoloration from age, but overall are very good. The backing is red felt, and the long pin functions as it should. A sound example overall.
