German WWII Army Officer’s Brocade Belt and Buckle Set-This brocade belt has an excellent exterior. The silver and green striped belt looks very good. The brocade is clean and damage free. The silver is still shiny and not darkly toned at all. The two keepers are present. The inside green wool is a liability. Though this will not show when you display this on a mannequin, please look at the photos to see the moth damage to the inside green felt lining of this belt. This belt has a soft brown tongue that is marked with a black size stamp of 100 W, this indicates the size in cm. This 34 inch belt will fit up to a size 30 inch waist. The belt also has an original Army officer’s aluminum belt buckle. The buckle retains the majority of its original silver gray finish on both the obverse and the reverse. This is in very good condition. This is a nice set and again, it really would look terrific on your officer.
