German WWII Two Signed Photos of Knight’s Cross Winner Albert Bürger-Bürger was a highly decorated Oberleutnant der Reserve in the Luftwaffe in Stab 4. Flak-Division. He went on to be a firefighter and won the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany. This small lot contains two photos of Albert, one when he was younger in his uniform, and a second color photo with him in later life, wearing his Order of Merit. This also includes a piece of his stationery, and the original envelope that these photos were sent in. The black and white photo measures 5 inches (12.7cm) cm) tall by 3 inches (7.62cm) wide. Overall, the whole lot is in excellent condition with very readable signatures.
