Operation Crossroads: The Official Pictorial Record-This is a hardcover book published in 1946, and examines, through photographs, the story of ABEL and BAKER nuclear tests that happened on Bikini Island. This book contains 224 pages and seems to have been written more of a souvenir book for the 42,000 people who worked on OPERATION CROSSROADS. The dustcover is missing on this example, and the gold embossment on the cover has faded. But the book itself is in good condition. There is a number 49 written on the inside page, but other than this the book is very clean.
