Taschen-Brockhaus zum Zeitgeschehen 1940-We all know how much the Germans loved their yearbooks and almanacs. Well, here is one that covers all of the Wehrmacht. This is a hardcover illustrated encyclopedia of the current events of 1940. This booklet contains 284 pages, including glossy pages dedicated to photos and illustrations. There are 900 illustrations and 38 maps. It discusses such subjects as the insignia of German forces to their weapons and equipment, the invasion of Poland, the enemies of Germany, formation flying, modern flags of the world, statistical and other information on foreign countries, and much more. The book is in good condition, though there is one page that has come loose. We have it included but are unsure where it goes. The large foldout map is missing. Overall, good condition.
