West of Alamein Hardcover by Colonel G. B. Jarrett-Published in 1971 by Sentry Books, this first edition is written in English. This book documents the epic tank battles fought between Rommel’s Afrika Corp and its’ Italian allies against the desert armies of Great Britain and its Empire. It contains 189 pages, and every page has either a black and white or color photo. The photos were collected from Colonel Robert Icks who has the biggest collection of tank photography in the world. The book itself is in very good condition, and includes the dust cover, which is also in good shape, but does have some shelf folding.
