WWII Japanese Hinomaru “Meatball” Flag-This is produced in off white silk with a red sun or “Meatball” that is printed producing a mirror image on the reverse. This flag is as clean as can be, I’m not sure how it was stored, but there is NO age toning at all. This flag measures 27 inches (68.58cm) long by 36 inches (91.44cm) wide. There are no foil or leather corner reinforcements on this flag, in fact there is no mechanism for hanging, but this would look great in a large frame. Choice example!
