Signed Knights Cross Winners Photos & Postcards
Do you want to collect WWII related items but you are on a limited budget? Here is your excellent opportunity to acquire pieces of history and not spend a lot of money!
We have recently purchased two collections of postcards or portrait photos of WWII German Veterans who were recipients of the prestigious award of the Knights Cross or higher. These decorations were given out to courageous members of all the German Armed Forces including the Army (Heer), Navy (Kriegsmarine), Air Force (Luftwaffe) and SS (SchutzStaffel).
After the war, many of those that survived continued to get requests for signed photos from collectors from all over the world. Some, of course, refused to respond to these requests but many complied and sometimes included a note to the collector. The requests continued to this day but 99% of these veterans have now passed away.
The photos or postcards are all printed in post war Germany and the signatures are all also done after the end of WWII. However, we guarantee that these are all the original signatures of the Knights Cross winner (or in some cases even higher award winners).
