Imperial German Pewter Cup-This cup measures approx. 5 inches high. It commemorates a 50-year anniversary, 1847-1897. It shows a nice coat of arms although we do not know whose crest it is). There appears to be a saying embossed around the center that reads, “Raise the Cup!”. High quality pewter, this cup has some weight to it. There are a couple of scratches pm the lip of the cup, but otherwise this is in very good shape.
