Third Reich German Luftschutz Helmet-This is the 3-piece beaded version of the air raid helmet. The blue finish remains 85% intact. Each side has a pair of salt and pepper shaker ventilation holes. The large Luftschutz decal at the front checks in at 85% intact. The ersatz leather liner is size stamped 56. There is an ink stamp in the back that reads 459. There is also a maker’s stamp which reads RL2 38/29. The RLB certification sticker is seen in the skirt as well; this includes the liner size again of 56. There is a wide grey leather chinstrap that is in fine condition. A great example overall!
