German WWI Novelty Ash Tray-This novelty piece measures 5 ½ inches in height and is approx. 3 ½ inches wide. It is an oval shape and made of aluminum. It has two spots where a cigarette would fit. The motif on the top shows a soldier with a young woman, the reverse has a risqué image. These novelty items were popular during World War I. A very interesting collectible, in very good condition.
