Third Reich Deutsches Frauenwerke Membership Pin-This triangular shaped membership pin was for the Women’s Association that was created in 1933. This association was the early version of the Frauenschaft. This organization served as a means to bring existing women’s organization in line with the party principles, focusing on the role of housewives, and mothers. It has a black enamel front with a sonnenrad/odalrune motif. The script at the top reads “Deutsches Frauenwerke” in red. This shows only slight wear. This badge measures 25mm by 22mm wide. This medal has a vertical pin. The reverse is RZM marked with M1/101, indicating it was produced by Gustav Brehmer. Very good condition overall!
