WWII German Luftwaffe Fliegerblouse-This flyers blouse is produced in blue grey wool that is has minor wear, minor discoloration and moderate fading. There is a four-button closure, with large blue bakelite buttons. There are waist pockets with curved flaps. All of the insignia showing in the pictures is original to the tunic. These include a beautiful machine embroidered breast eagle which is machine applied with a zig-zag stitch. It has a machine embroidered radio operator/air gunner's badge in cloth, a career patch for flight personnel and a “Jagdgeschwader Udet’ cuff title which are all original and properly attached. There were collar tabs but these are missing and they were glued on and the residue is still present. The shoulder board buttons and connecting cloth loops are also missing. There is also a ribbon for the War Merit Cross. The interior is partially lined in blue rayon. There are belt hooks. There is a pocket on each side plus a bandage pocket. It is a size medium. There are size stamps on the left side but these are very faded and hard to read. A sound display item ready for your final restoration!
