Collecting the Edged Weapons of the Third Reich Volume III by LTC. Thomas M. Johnson-First Edition, 1978. 343 pages. This is a first edition, signed and numbered 22. There is a dedication to a previous owner named, Tom Jones on the first page. This is a gently used hard cover.  This is long out of print copy. It features a look at the foremost edged weapons museum in the world, the Solingen Deutsches Klingenmuseum, plus an in-depth examination of the artistry & previously unpublished work of edged weapons designer Paul Casberg. It also features rare NSDAP blades, including Heinrich Himmler's personal sidearm. It has a small section on little known swords and daggers of Hermann Göring. The dust cover is in good condition, and the inside of the book is extremely clean. This contains 362 pages with many black and white photos. The dustcover is protected in plastic. It is in excellent shape overall.
