The skull and single pip have lost its original silver finish. The zinc material has toned to a dark brownish gray color. This would be worn by an army panzer officer with the rank of Oberfeldwebel. This shows wear and there is mothing to the reverse of the shoulder board. There is moth tracking to the strap. Overall, this is in good condition, and a rare find.
