German WWI 1914 Iron Cross 1st Class-This is an excellent example of an early iron cross. The black finish on the iron core remains mostly intact. The silver frame has a nice dark frame that looks excellent with the black cross. This is marked “800” under the pin for the silver content. The pin function works as intended. This is excellent in every way!
