German WWII Army Officer’s Dagger by WKC-This is a top shelf example! Please take a look at this beauty! This has excellent patina to the nickel silver plate on the pommel and crossguard. The eagle on the crossguard and the leaf design on the pommel have excellent detailing. The pumpkin orange celluloid handle is a gorgeous warm color. This handle is excellent, free of any crazing or cracking. The leather buffer remains in place under the crossguard. The scabbard is excellent with the toning and detailing. It is dent free. The silver finish on the pebbled scabbard matches the tone of the upper dagger fittings. The blade is excellent. You can see the factory cross graining throughout. It has the usual in and out runner marks. The WKC logo can be seen on the reverse, just under the crossguard. This comes complete with a silver bullion officers portapee. The bullion knot is excellent, free of any fraying or rubbing. This is a top shelf example in excellent condition. Worth a second look for sure!
