German WWII Congratulatory Sash for Workers and Managers at Daimler Benz-This is a neat sash that would have been presented at an event for managers and workers at the Diamler Benz auto factory. It would likely have been hung over a wreath or other decorative item. On one side is a greeting and the other plant manager and staff in Mannheim. The sash measures 78” Long (198cm) by 12” (30cm) wide. It is made of rayon material with printed wording. The swastika is made of a heavier paper sewn in place. There is a bullion fridge on both ends. There are some areas of staining and a few small holes. This item is a great piece for the collection especially if you are into WW2 items and cars!
