German WWII Early Koln Kreistag Tinnie-This is a commemorative badge from the Party district rally (Kreistag) held in Cologne in 1939. Features a German national eagle and swastika emblem positioned above the Cologne coat of arms and skyline. The edge is stamped with the words "KREISTAG 1939 KÖLN". This is stamped, with great detailing. The vertical pin on the reverse functions as it should. The reverse is also stamped with RZM 9/28 for Ferdinand Hoffstätter, Bonn. Very good example.
