German WWII Hand Painted Portrait of Luftwaffe Obergefreiter in Flight or Paratrooper Unit-This portrait of this young man in watercolor has terrific colors. You can clearly see his tunic with rank chevron, and the bright yellow color tabs with three gulls, in yellow. His Luftwaffe breast eagle can just be seen on his left side. This framed portrait measures 13 inches tall and 9 ½ inches wide. This looks to be the original frame. The paper backing has some damage to the lower edge, but overall, this is in very good condition. There is a hook on the reverse for hanging.
