German WWII Journeyman’s Craftsman Examination Certificate-This is a certificate that was won for completing a practical exam. We believe he was a metalworker, and may have been tasked with creating a windmill if our translations are correct. The certificate is dated March 29, 1940. The handwriting is small and a bit difficult to make out. There are two very interesting stamps inside from the Handwerkskammer (Chamber of Crafts or HWK). This group was a regional body during the Third Reich that regulated, and supported the skilled crafts sector. This booklet has a heavy duty black cover, with the certificate inside. It is in very good condition.
