German WWII Luftwaffe Combat Buckle-This is a nice looking stamped steel 1940 pattern, with 90% of the original blue-grey paint intact overall. This is in good condition. This has a plain field, and is pebbled inside the wreath. The eagle’s feathers do show some wear, and slight finish loss to the high details, but overall, this buckle is in very good condition. There is a dark brown leather tab that is marked for Noelle & Hueck in Lüdenscheid and dated 1940. The stitching has come loose on the tab, so please be aware that the tab is technically unattached. Good for display! These Luftwaffe combat buckles are getting difficult to encounter. This one is a nice find.
