German WWII NSDAP Membership Party Lapel Pin-This is the later painted example. The paint is approx. 50% in place on this example. This is a version for the lapel. This “hook” would allow the pin to be attached to a suit instead of a uniform, so this pin may have been worn by a civilian. The reverse of the badge is RZM marked, M1/120 for the maker Wilhelm Deumer of Lüdenscheid. The silver finish is missing from the reverse, the remaining metal has toned to a light gray color. These were standard issue membership badges awarded to all personnel on acceptance as an official party member. And you probably had to keep up with your dues. This is a sound example.
