German WWII NSFK Collar Tabs-This early set of collar tabs produced in blue/grey wool with thick yellow wool piping. There is minor discoloration to the wool piping from age or storage. There are silvered aluminum ciphers that read “2/97”. This is for an NSFK “Mann” assigned to Sturm 2/Standarte 97 (2nd Company, 97th Regiment). The buckram stiffener backing can be seen on the reverse, as well as the prongs holding the cyphers in place. These are in very good condition and scarcely encountered!
