German WWII Original Real Photo Postcard of BDM Girls at the Berghof-This is a terrific photo of a number of BDM girls in formation marching past the Berghof. They are wearing the summer uniform, which consists of a white short sleeved blouse, a dark blue or black skirt, with the distinctive black neckerchief secured with a leather knot. These were popular events, photographed for propaganda purposes, as a reminder of the wholesomeness of the German youth. The reverse shows remnants of the photo album black paper, where this was pasted in a veteran’s photo album. This measures 3 ¼ inches (8.25cm) wide and 5 ¼ inches (13.33cm) long. In very good condition.
