German WWII Political Leader’s Open Claw Belt and Buckle Set-This brown leather belt is interesting as it measures 1 ½ inches in width. The political leader’s belts measure over 2 inches in width, so this belt, being thinner, could also be used in a military application as well as political. The belt itself is in very good condition and measures 42 inches in length, so would fit a size 38. The open claw buckle is in very good condition. It retains the majority of its gold finish on the obverse, it is missing some on the reverse but overall is in very good shape.
